Thai food is not uncommon in Singapore but authentic Thai recipes are not so easily found. Mata Thai is a Thai restaurant that seeks to offer a unique dining experience by combining authentic Thai recipes and customized local flavours refined over the years.

 

We were engaged to create media content that would bring across this idea to their customers through both online and offline media experiences. The resulting food photographs utilized soft lighting and emphasized details to bring out the warmth and thoughts that went into each of the dishes.

 

Inspired by the restaurant's unique blend of Thai and local cuisine, combined with the atmosphere of a friendly neighbourhood, we created a video that could feature both the food and the people behind the restaurant. Our objective was to introduce the pioneers of such unique flavours to their customers, as a prelude to their unique dining experience with Mata Thai.​
